nice sleep on the exceptionally comfortable bed. super setting near to the city centre, and still quiet during the night. a handy kitchenette for cooking. nice welcome from host.

We just had a wonderful 9-night stay at Ivica's apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly welcome and hospitality. the location is fantastic, with easy walking access to the old town, port, and shopping areas. the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a bonus of a courtyard seating area where we enjoyed breakfast. Ivica's attention to detail and the little touches made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all! 😊.

We had a fantastic stay in Split very close to center and intercity bus/train/ferries. Unbeatable location close to everything, great value. Enjoyed drinks and atmosphere at Konoba Fetivi, placed 5 minutes walk from the apartment...

This cosy apartment made our trip to Split just perfect! When something needed, extraordinarily friendly staff were happy to help. There was a spacious bedroom. Could use luxury bathroom. We loved food for continental breakfast they prepared.

The apartment is located in a charming pedestrian street near the old town center. the host, Ivica, was very hospitable and provided us with a map and information about the keys. the apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and the WiFi was reliable.
